Cookie notice
This notice describes cookies and similar storage in the browser on the Lancaster Ghosal Fund’s websites. The controller is the Lancaster Ghosal Fund, a student society at Lancaster University.

Public pages
The public pages set no tracking cookies.
The marketing site at ghosal.fund, the quant site at quant.ghosal.fund, and the interviews site at interviews.ghosal.fund do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
Officer sign-in
The admin site at admin.ghosal.fund is for officers of the fund. Officers sign in to that restricted admin area. The site keeps a sign-in session in the browser’s session storage, so an officer stays signed in for that tab. That storage is strictly necessary for the admin site. Signing out removes the sign-in session. Closing the tab clears it as well.
A cookie banner is not used, because the only browser storage is the officer sign-in.
Applications and interviews
The application API does not need a browser cookie for applicants. Interview links are in the URL.
